Heel to Toe, Birkenstock Concepts, and New Balance Urbana has more than 12,000 pairs of shoes in stock. Our inventory includes more than 3,000 pairs of Medicare approved diabetic shoes. We stock women’s shoes from size 4 to 13 and widths of 4A to 4E. We stock men’s shoes from size 7 to 16 and widths of 2A to 6E. We have access to shoes up to size 20. Heel To Toe opened in 1976 in an 800 sq ft shoe store in Champaign, Illinois’ Market Place Mall. In 1987 we moved to our present location in downtown Urbana, Illinois.
