I just wanted to thank you for helping me select my shoes the day before Thanksgiving. After 8 foot surgeries my feet hurt much of the time. I have noticed an amazing improvement since you fitted me in these shoes. I received my shoes yesterday and they are great. I repaired shoes for a living a long time ago and I have to tell you that I don't even understand how you did it. Taking them apart without destroying them would be a challenge. Lining up the new soles with the glue line on the upper would be daunting. If I look very closely, I can see the line, but you did a really fine job. I waited for them to warm up a bit and when I tried them on, they were as comfortable as when I sent them to you, but now with full tread on the bottom. I have the insoles out right now to let the glue solvent dissipate a bit more before they return to my daily wear.

About 3 weeks ago you gave me the benefit of your years of expertise and supplied me with new sneakers. WITH inserts/pads, PLUS a pair of sandals/slippers. This was to help me with a problem I had for about 2 1/2 months with tendonitis in my achilles tendon. Miraculously (I must say), after following your instructions the problem is just about all gone. Want to drop a note and say my experience shopping for shoes in your store was great. I was a little nervous. Your sales person was very good and knowledgable, she was very good. I'm not an easy person to fit. I have had foot problems for a while and the shoes I purchased are great! No more hurting feet and they help my knees and back. Thank you, thank you!
