Heel To Toe has been repairing shoes for more than 15 years and the majority of our lab technicians have at least 5 years of experience. Heel To Toe is one of the only authorized Birkenstock repair centers in the area but we do more then just Birkenstock repairs. We also do most repairs necessary for shoes, sandals, braces, orthotics, and leather products. This is just a short list of the some of the many repairs we can do.

There are many different ways to modify and repair shoes and we have seen most of them over the years, however, every once and a while we encounter something new. The majority of the time we are able to work with the customer to figure something out so they can get on with their daily life. So, if there is something you need that you do not see on the list, please call with any questions.
Mail In Repairs:
Don’t live in the area? No problem. We are more then willing to make mail-in repairs. Just box up your repair and send it to us with your name, number, address, and explanation of what you want done. We will take things from there. When we are done, we contact you with the price, and you can pay either via check or credit. Then we ship them back to you, safe and sound. Call with questions about repairs. We would be happy to answer them. However, the majority of the time we will need to see the shoe in order to be for sure that we can do it and to give an accurate estimate of price.
